Have you ever hit that one shot 30-50 yards farther than any other shot in your life?  I bet you have because everyone I ask says, “yes.” So what did it feel like?  I bet you say it felt "effortless," ”easy,” or “like you didn't hit anything at all.”

If you’ve hit this one amazing shot, you couldn't have used your arms to hit it.  If you did, you’d have said this one shot felt like you swung as hard as you could.  Instead, you said it felt like you didn't hit anything at all. If you’ve hit this one shot that went 30-50 yards farther than any other shot and it felt effortless, you’ve experienced The Body Swing.

So what is human nature?

This is what you instinctively want to do as opposed to what you should be doing.  You see, golf is the only sport with the ball stationary.  If there’s a stationary object sitting in front of you, you’ll try to hit it, and hit it hard with your arms.

The problem with hitting hard is, it feels powerful.  The thing is, you hit the best shot of your life with a feeling of “nothing.”  So this powerful feeling of hitting is exactly the opposite of what you felt when you hit the best shot of your life!

It can't be strength.  After all, they're not that strong.

It can't be that they're smarter than you.  There are plenty of smart people out there that aren't great golfers.

It can't be flexibility.  I say this because I don't even coil back to 90 degrees and I hit the ball a long way with a powerful, effortless golf swing.

So what is it?  The reason they can hit the ball as far as they do is that they’re not using their arms.  Instead, they're using their body.

Think about it.  A little kid has minimal arm strength.  A petite person isn’t all that strong.  So without being super-strong, they must be using another power source.  That power source is their body because that’s the only other power source in a golf swing.

I just wanted to take a minute and say thanks.

Let me say up front I have only done your program for a week and it has been the best golf week of my life.

I am a lifelong arm swinger and have always looked around the driving range and asked why I could not hit a golf ball like some of the guys and girls there. I have spent thousands on golf lessons over the years just to go the range and forget everything they told me and nothing they said ever clicked with me. Here's What You'll Learn In The Body Swing ...

Great.  This is going to save you a lifetime of learning the wrong way.  Right now, you don't have deeply ingrained swing flaws so you can learn The Body Swing and play great golf for the rest of your life!

This is an excuse.  When I created my technique 25 years ago I knew people were leading busy lives.  If you can commit to 5 mins a day you can learn The Body Swing.  All you have to do is work on the positions and drills at home.

Yeah ... me too and my average is 281.  Flexibility is not the issue.  It is all about coiling to your maximum and uncoiling your body to hit the shot.  This coiling and uncoiling creates torque.  Torque is what’s going to give you power and consistency.

Once you have a body swing:

Becoming a pro takes a lot of work on a daily basis.  I know you can't quit your job to practice as much as they do.  What you do have time for, is practicing at home along with your range sessions. Heck, you can even practice while you play.  You just need to know what to practice.

You may not have ever thought that you can build a great swing without hitting any golf balls. In fact, this is the fastest way to build a great swing.  I say this because doing practice swings takes the ball and any hitting out of the equation.

Without the ball sitting in front of you, you can clearly focus on building a great swing.  Now I'm not saying you're just swinging away at home not working on anything.  You're working on a few simple positions that each give you feedback so you can check them and do them exactly right and you repeat them as much as you can.

As the days, weeks and months go buy, you'll be getting more and used to them until they're natural.  Not only do I want you doing these practice swings at home, but I want you to do them at the range and even when you play.

My motto has always been:  I want the person to get it FAST and EASY.  As long as you know what you need to be working on you can tailor you practice time to your needs.
