The best way to work on The Body Swing is to follow each lesson carefully in the order I present them.  DO NOT jump around.   To learn a lesson watch it.  Then do lots of practice swings trying to master it.  I would be doing the practice swings in a mirror at home daily.  If you are at the range try to do more practice swings than hitting balls.  1 large bucket would easily last 1 hour.  This is not a race.  You are trying to build a new swing that will last you lifetime.  Check the feedback and checkpoints to make sure you are doing each lesson exactly right.  The whole pint is that you do this on your own.   Don't forget the Fix Your Own Swing section at the back of the book or the last section in the videos.
